This was an unfortunate situation. Mr. White has chosen to retaliate by writing negative reviews after I terminated our relationship. Please read reviews from other clients. I always perform a thorough background check, income verification, & rental history on all applicants, & ultimately it is up to the Owner to approve a tenant. About 2 weeks after tenant moved in, I was informed that his job relocated him out of state. As a courtesy, I offered to find a replacement tenant for half of my original fee. About a week later, I was told the second tenant was breaking their lease also, & again I offered to find a replacement for half of my original fee. These tenants breaking their leases was totally out of my control. I did all I could to help the owner, & in return, I was treated as if this was all my fault, & that I'd somehow been deceptive.
